You can push the pendulum leader past the point of resistance to get the swing to be equal on both sides. See step 7 of the following web page:

I have the exact movements for the URGOS. I had to replace the pendulum spring and now it appears not to be in beat. the pendulum swing does not go to the left (tic). It stops before moving the pendulum movement wheel. Any ideas on this?
