Welch Black Mantel Clock with Green Trim

I repaired this E. N. Welch black mantel clock. It has a painted enamel finish on wood, with a paper face. The case is 11 inches tall and 16 1/4 inches wide at the feet. The dial’s minute track is 4 1/4 inches outside diameter, and the minute hand is 2 3/32 inches long. This clock was made around 1880 to 1900.

Repair job 6865. I polished the pivots and installed 18 bushings, replaced the click rivet on the time mainwheel, and installed a new suspension rod.
